2-1/2 oz Breckenridge Port Cask Finish (Buy Now)
1/4 Oz Taylor Fladgate Reserve Porto syrup*
2 dashes Fee Brothers barrel-aged whiskey bitters.
Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over large cube.
Garnish: zest of orange & Luxardo cherry
*syrup. Over low med heat, add 8 oz Port and 6 oz Turbinado sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.

2 oz Breckenridge PX Sherry Cask (Buy Now)
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz honey simple
1/2 oz Chateau Laribotte Sauternes
Caposaldo Prosecco
Shake top 3 ingredients with ice. Strain into flute, add Laribotte Sauternes and top with Prosecco.
Garnish: edible gold painted mint
